Abstract

This article provides a critical analysis of the Resolution of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Further Deepening Reform Comprehensively to Advance Chinese Modernization adopted by the Twentieth Third Plenary Session. It examines the policies and reforms in the fields of economy, real estate, capital markets, and science and education.
